Wishbone Lyrics

Devil Moon
devil moon, shows its face too soon at a hopeless time
fast old road, shut down in the winter cold at a quiet time
threw out my back, tending another crack on the picket line
the sweetest wind blows through my darling’s clothes when I’m inside

A Huge Thank You

Firstly a huge thank you. When we launched the PledgeMusic campaign, i never expected to have hit the target with three weeks still to go. Your support and belief in me is so incredible and i was walking ten feet tall yesterday after it happened. I will be thinking of you all when I’m making the album and i feel so proud you are all joining me on the journey of putting this out.

Although we have reached the goal with time to spare, this leaves me the rare position of being able to go over the 100%. Anything over the 100% will go to further promote the album, tours, press vinyl and hopefully my next poetry book. More importantly, im really happy to say a percentage of every pledge over the 100% will be donated to charity. The Charity we’re choosing is very important to some of my most loyal supporters over the last 5 years so I’m very proud to be able to try and help out a bit. The charity is called Autism Speaks and you can read more about it here

I’m gonna reserve the big big thank you until the end of the Campaign but i really cannot express how fortunate i feel. There will be more updates along the way, especially while i’m recording the album. Can’t wait to make the record and for you to hear it.

All the best

"Losing My Brotherhood" Available Now

I just wanted to say I hope you enjoy this little book of mine. I really enjoyed the whole process of writing it, and it’s a bizarre and lovely feeling holding it in my hands.

As you may know, it took about 6 months of organizing, editing and sweat and tears for it to be ready, but it’s been worth it. I really would like to thank Sharon and Stuart for being so heavily involved and for showing it some love and care, and also my friend Ben who did the amazing drawings and the great cover photo is by William Waldron. Like every creative project, you’re so reliant on your team of people so without all of them this wouldn’t have happened or been a bunch of notes on the toilet wall or something to that extreme.

Thank you so much for your constant support of me, and I hope to see you all at a show coming up when my new album is released very soon.

 Take Care,
